About the Role
The Hoxton, Poblenou is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleaning and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience in a spotless and well-presented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Oversee the cleaning and servicing of all hotel rooms and public areas, ensuring that they meet our brand standards.
- Work closely with the Head Housekeeper and Assistant Head Housekeeper to develop and implement effective cleaning and maintenance procedures.
- Train and support housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent service.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of our cleaning and maintenance services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
What We're Looking For
- A passionate and experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in housekeeping and maintenance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with additional languages a plus.
- Experience with Micros Fidelio Opera or similar front desk operating systems.
