About the Role

Sabio Group is seeking an exceptional Genesys Cloud Support Engineer to join our Support department. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving change within our business, working closely with our customers to resolve technical issues and improve their experience with our Genesys Cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Problem Solving: Utilize your technical expertise to understand customer needs and resolve issues with Genesys Cloud functionalities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze platform problems and propose actions to prevent recurring technical issues.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, conveying the confidence and expertise of our team in a clear, concise, and effective manner.
  • Configuration and Administration: Configure and administer the Genesys Cloud environment for our customers, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Ticket Management: Manage customer tickets, following up, tracking, and escalating as necessary, utilizing our customer ticketing tool.

Requirements

  • Technical Skills: Proven experience in Contact Center environments, particularly those implemented on Genesys Cloud, as well as experience with monitoring and alarm systems.
  • Education and Certifications: Degree in ICT (Computer Science, Telecommunications) and knowledge/experience with contact center technologies (Genesys Cloud) and ticketing tools (Remedy, ServiceNow).
