Job Summary
Sabio Group is seeking a highly skilled Genesys Cloud Support Specialist to join our Support department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving change within our business and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Problem Solving: Analyze customer needs and problems, and develop solutions using Genesys Cloud functionalities.
- Continuous Improvement: Perform analysis on platform problems and propose actions to prevent recurring technical issues.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with customers and team members to convey confidence and expertise.
- Configuration and Administration: Manage the Genesys Cloud environment for our customers.
- Ticket Management: Track and resolve customer tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
- Technical Skills: Experience in Contact Center environments, particularly those implemented on Genesys Cloud.
- Competencies & Behaviours: Strong problem-solving skills, proactivity, and teamwork.
