About the Role:

Sabio Group is seeking an experienced Genesys Cloud Support Specialist to join our Support department. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving change within our business and contributing to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Problem Solving: Understand customer needs and problems, and find solutions using Genesys Cloud functionalities.
  • Evolving Software Development: Identify and define improvements on customer telephony platforms.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze platform problems and propose actions to avoid recurring technical issues.
  • Communication: Work comfortably with users and convey confidence in the work being done to customers in a clear, concise, and effective manner.
  • Configuration and Troubleshooting: Configure, modify, and create Architect flows, as well as manage and troubleshoot outbound campaigns in all available dialing modes.
  • Proactive Approach: Identify and define enhancements to the telephony platform.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Experienced in Contact Center environments, especially those implemented on Genesys Cloud and those with multiple integrations.
  • Knowledge and Expertise: Knowledge of Genesys Cloud Reporting (Real-Time and Historical), Data Actions, Lambda, and Scripting in Genesys Cloud.
  • Competencies and Behaviours: Degree in ICT (Computer Science, Telecommunications), knowledge and experience with contact center technologies (Genesys Cloud), and knowledge and experience with ticketing tools (Remedy, ServiceNow).
