About the Role:

  • We are seeking an Account Development Specialist to join our Bratislava-based team.
  • This exciting opportunity is perfect for someone with fluent Spanish language skills and a strong background in sales or customer operations.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • You will support the growth of our Spanish-speaking customers on Amazon Business by educating them on optimization strategies and providing solutions through our processes/self-service features.
  • As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for managing a valuable portfolio of customers' accounts and their business relationships with Amazon.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (min. C1) and Spanish language skills (min. C1).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and manage multiple responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales or customer operations experience.
  • Ability to work with Legal, product, and internal business owners to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical skills.
