About the Role
As a Senior European Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new and existing business in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) segment within European markets. This is an excellent opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our hotel.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include developing action plans to achieve sales goals, setting client listings and revenue targets, and tracking progress. You will work closely with the Director of Sales, ADOS, and Group Sales Team to ensure alignment and achievement of targets. Additionally, you will conduct site inspections, familiarization trips, and presentations to promote our hotel and services. Effective communication and relationship-building skills are essential to succeed in this role.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you should have prior experience in sales or a related field, with a strong understanding of the MICE industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with sales management systems and procedures is also beneficial.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
