Key Responsibilities- Performance Management: Own the relationship with allocated third-party staffing agencies, monitoring their performance and holding them accountable for delivery against pre-agreed contractual metrics.
- Vendor Partnership: Partner with staffing agencies, using functional expertise, to remove blockers that impact agency performance and support them in achieving our goals.
- Risk Management: Collaborate with the Agency Risk team and OpsPXT partners to address repeated agency underperformance or escalations, working closely with the Business Management team.
- Reviews and Audits: Conduct in-depth formal reviews and audits with staffing agencies to inspect their readiness for event days, peak, and launch hiring, and monitor their completion of required actions in a timely manner.
- Strategic Initiatives: Lead and contribute to cross-business line and country proposals for tactical initiatives that improve temporary labor hiring outcomes, taking into account both business and third-party staffing agency considerations.
- Representation: Represent staffing agency requirements and considerations in cross-functional strategic programs at the territory and/or country level, including technology, product, policy, or process changes.
- Transformation Programs: Support cross-functional transformation programs to define territory-level strategies regarding third-party staffing agency usage.
- Bachelor's Degree: Equivalent degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Proven experience in volume staffing, capacity planning, operations, or an associated function.
- Vendor Management: Experience managing vendors across large geographical regions.
- Analytical Skills: Highly numerate, with strong analytical and Excel skills.
- Masters Degree: Equivalent degree in a relevant field.
- Senior Stakeholder Partnership: Previous experience partnering with senior, cross-functional stakeholders to determine goals, inform decisions, and design long-term solutions.
- Commercial Vendor Management: Experience managing commercial multi-site master vendor contingency agencies or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) models.
- Independent Work: Able to deliver independently and take the lead on tactical and strategic initiatives.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen with good judgment, able to evaluate and make trade-offs between short-term and long-term needs.
- Complex Problem-Solving: Skilled in handling complex problems, decisions, and escalations.
- Mediation: Skilled mediator, able to balance conflicting priorities and find a path forward in difficult situations.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Comfortable using data and evidence to convey ideas and recommendations on complex topics that scale across regions.
- Adaptability: Adaptable and flexible to respond to changing business needs while maintaining velocity.
- Team Player: Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.
- High Volume Workload: Comfortable with high-volume workloads.
