Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Professional to convert qualified leads into customers. This role plays a critical part in driving revenue growth by effectively communicating the value of our products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations.
  • Negotiate terms and overcome objections to close deals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities in the CRM.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of sales experience with a focus on closing deals.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Skills Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
This salary range is based on national averages for similar positions in the United States, taking into account factors such as location, industry, and level of experience. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your individual circumstances.
