  1. As a Business Development Executive at CPM International, you will be instrumental in identifying and securing new business opportunities for the company.
  2. You will conduct ongoing market research to identify new business opportunities in Slovakia, Spain, and the UK.
  3. Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to capture new clients.
  4. Prepare and deliver compelling pitches to prospective clients.
  5. Manage client relationships from initial contact to contract closure.
  6. Evaluate and negotiate contracts to ensure alignment with both client needs and company objectives.
  7. Monitor and report on lead generation and sales performance.
  8. Maintain an up-to-date and prioritized database of prospective clients.

  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of ROI.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and sales.
  • Knowledge of the market and industry trends.
  • Proven understanding of contact centre operations and outsourcing.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Experience in account management and client relationship management (CRM).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging sales presentations.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience in new client implementation and/or project management.
  • Experience attending conferences and networking events.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
