- As a Business Development Executive at CPM International, you will be instrumental in identifying and securing new business opportunities for the company.
- You will conduct ongoing market research to identify new business opportunities in Slovakia, Spain, and the UK.
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to capture new clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling pitches to prospective clients.
- Manage client relationships from initial contact to contract closure.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts to ensure alignment with both client needs and company objectives.
- Monitor and report on lead generation and sales performance.
- Maintain an up-to-date and prioritized database of prospective clients.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of ROI.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proven track record in lead generation and sales.
- Knowledge of the market and industry trends.
- Proven understanding of contact centre operations and outsourcing.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
- Ability to analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Experience in account management and client relationship management (CRM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to create and deliver engaging sales presentations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in new client implementation and/or project management.
- Experience attending conferences and networking events.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
