The ideal candidate will possess a strong pulse on the current culinary lifestyle and trends in international and Mediterranean markets, as well as advanced organizational and leadership skills to manage a dynamic restaurant team.

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional products and services within our brand operating standards and budget. Key responsibilities include:

  • Working strategically with the F&B Director and Assistant F&B Director to develop cohesive and productive goals for your department
  • Supporting an overall consistency of the Company's vision, quality/standards, and developing concepts consistent with brand identity
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and practices and updating knowledge and skills to improve the product and service offering
  • Focusing on the rejuvenation of the restaurant experience

A successful candidate will have a minimum of a Diploma in Restaurant Management or Business and more than three years' experience in a similar role. You will also possess excellent command of written and spoken English, with some knowledge of Spanish. A European Visa or Work permit is mandatory.

Salary: €55,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
