The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca is perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and backed by panoramic vistas of the Mediterranean and the surrounding landscapes.
The hotel was originally opened in 1929 within an expansive private estate and is currently undergoing restoration and renovation.
Job Overview:
This role is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies for a focused market segment, collaborating with the Director of Marketing and Sales Managers to ensure effective communication with clients and agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare tailored proposals and contracts
- Coordinate with hotel departments to fulfill client requirements
- Utilize sales and reservation systems
- Update partner websites and extranets
- Handle walk-in inquiries and provide personalized client assistance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Sales experience in luxury hospitality
- Organizational strengths and ability to manage details
- Familiarity with sales software, preferably Golden Sales Catering and Opera
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment
