About This Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at the Four Seasons Resort Mallorca. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing daily communication with clients, and ensuring client requirements are fulfilled accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Sales Managers to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Manage daily communication with clients and agencies, preparing tailored proposals and contracts.
  • Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure client requirements are fulfilled accurately.
  • Utilize sales and reservation systems, keeping information up to date and assisting with reporting.
  • Update partner websites and extranets, manage sales trips, presentations, and client engagement activities as needed.
  • Handle walk-in inquiries and provide personalized client assistance, building strong client relations.
  • Participate in sales and marketing meetings, providing insights to support team objectives.

Requirements:
  • Positive and proactive attitude.
  • Sales experience in luxury hospitality.
  • Organizational strengths, including managing details and familiarizing with sales software.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and proficiency in English and Spanish.
