Job Summary
Sin Nombre is seeking a highly skilled Italian Speaking Customer Representative to join our team. As a Customer Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Italy.
Main Responsibilities
- Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Evaluate and escalate potential service issues with the help of a Mentor
- Follow all project processes and procedures
- Maintain contractual SLA and ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide cover for other Agents in their absence, either within the same team or across teams
- Liaise with Supervisors/Mentors on specific projects as requested
- Understand and comply with administrative duties, including holiday, sickness, and overtime
- Attend regular Team Meetings
- Work on additional tasks required by Supervisor or Mentor to maintain service performance, quality, and customer satisfaction
Benefits
- 39 hours/week (rotative) from Monday to Saturday 09:00 - 20:00
- Salary: 18,500 Euros gross/year + up to 2,000 Euros gross/year Bonus

Requirements
- You are a native level speaker in Italian
- You are fluent in English
- Good disposition to work in a customer service environment
- Customer care skills - ability to listen to and understand the customers' needs
- Ability to take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to escalate calls to resolution
