What You Will Do at Signaturit

The Sales Development Representative Lead plays a crucial role in the Spanish organization, directly impacting sales objectives by generating qualified opportunities and creating a pipeline for field teams.

Reporting directly to the VP Marketing & Communications, this role is responsible for co-constructing the BDR and SDR business plan in partnership with the demand generation and sales teams.

The Sales Development Representative Lead works closely with the Revenue Operations team to ensure effective management of BDR/SDR activity.

Main Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership and Management
    • Supervise a team of SDRs (managing inbound leads) and BDRs (handling outbound prospecting)
    • Coach and develop the team to enhance performance and efficiency through regular feedback, ongoing training, and guidance on best sales practices
  • Individual Contribution to Pipeline Generation
    • Generate leads for the sales team by actively engaging in direct (outbound) prospecting activities and managing inbound leads
    • Handle a portfolio of strategic prospects to develop qualified opportunities for the sales team
    • Execute prospecting campaigns through cold calling, personalized emails, social media outreach, and other creative tactics to drive interest from potential customers
  • Team Collaboration
    • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to refine lead qualification strategies and improve conversion rates
    • Work in a team-oriented environment, building strong relationships with SDR/BDR team, sales, and marketing colleagues
