About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative Lead at Signaturit Group, you will play a key role in the Spanish organization, directly impacting sales objectives and contributing to the generation of qualified opportunities and pipeline for field teams. Reporting directly to the VP Marketing & Communications, you will be responsible for co-constructing the BDR and SDR business plan, in partnership with the demand gen and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Team Leadership and Management: Supervise a team of SDRs (managing inbound leads) and BDRs (handling outbound prospecting).
• Coach and develop the team to enhance performance and efficiency through regular feedback, ongoing training, and guidance on best sales practices.
• Set and monitor KPIs (calls, emails, conversions, etc.) to ensure the team achieves pipeline generation goals.
• Track pipeline and collaborate with the sales team to ensure a consistent flow of qualified opportunities.
• Manage alignment between inbound and outbound teams to optimize prospecting strategies and maximize results.
• Leverage Salesforce to monitor team performance, track activities, and improve processes.

Requirements
• Strong business acumen and process-driven mindset.
• Attention to details and knowledge of Salesforce is a must.
• Strong communication skills to federate cross-departments teams.
