About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Executive to join our team in Barcelona, focused on the Nordics-Scandinavia market. As a key member of our sales cycle, you will act as a sparring partner for both Marketing and Sales, identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities in target accounts.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have strong sales hunting skills, at least 1 year of experience in telemarketing and/or Demand Generation/Sales, and experience working in a software sales organization. Familiarity with modern digital prospecting techniques, such as LinkedIn and Social Media Listening, blended with traditional demand generation activities, is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop sales strategies to draw in prospects or solicit new potential customers
  • Initiate contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries and leads generated by Marketing
  • Create relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales
  • Plan and execute outbound campaigns with state-of-the-art tools
  • Provide marketing support for major SAP events
Requirements
  • Strong sales hunting skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing and/or Demand Generation/Sales
  • Experience working in a software sales organization
  • Familiarity with modern digital prospecting techniques, such as LinkedIn and Social Media Listening
  • Proven ability to work to targets in a sales environment
  • Understanding of business challenges facing a defined industry and line of business
  • Norwegian or Danish speaker (Mandatory) and conversational fluency in English (Mandatory)

The estimated salary for this role is between €45,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
