Job Title: Technical Architect

Location: Southern Europe

Department Description:

We are a team of experts who help our customers find and implement solutions that meet their business needs. We work closely with our customers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on how to maximize value from the Salesforce platform.

Role Description:

As a Technical Architect, you will collaborate with our customers and partners to share your extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform and product suite. You will work closely with our customers to evaluate their business and technical requirements, guide technical discussions, and help define the implementation approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate business and technical requirements to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Guide technical discussions to ensure alignment with customer goals
  • Help define the implementation approach to meet customer needs
  • Responsible for key deliverables, including configuration and coding
  • Involved in building solutions and leading diverse teams of resources in technical delivery aspects
  • Contribute to the growth of the consulting practice and toolsets
  • Build relationships with business partners, internal and external
  • Contribute to broader goals and growth beyond the scope of a single project

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Passion for redefining businesses through technology
  • Ability to understand and adapt to customer needs
  • Extensive hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience
  • Experience in hands-on coding experience in object-oriented languages
  • Demonstrable ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to rapidly learn new technologies
  • Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills

Preferred Requirements:

  • Architecture experience across a broad set of enterprise technologies
  • Enterprise consulting experience, including implementation experience with major technology programs
  • Ability to build and maintain key relationships with C-level / mid-level and key decision makers
  • Experience as a Senior Architect and/or CTO in a mid to large sized organization
  • Prior experience in the FSI, Telco, Manufacturing regionally sector
