We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and expansion of our Elastic solutions across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technical success plans tailored to each customer's business objectives
- Collaborate with customers, field teams, and services teams to ensure seamless adoption and expansion of Elastic solutions
- Provide technical guidance and share best practices to align technical objectives with customer business goals
- Define and communicate technical success criteria for customers, including crafting detailed technical success plans
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers towards achieving their desired outcomes
Requirements
- Strong technical background, preferably with experience in cloud-based software solutions
- Hands-on experience in key IT domains, including Observability, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Search
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a distributed environment and collaborate with global teams
