About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team as a Technical Account Manager. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with our Enterprise Support customers to help them gain the most value from cloud technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services
  • Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help plan and build solutions using best practices
  • Proactively keep customer AWS environments operationally healthy and reduce cost and complexity
  • Build trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges
  • Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management
  • Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers

Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role as a Technical Account Manager, Consultant, Solutions Architect, Platform Engineer, Systems Engineer, Cloud Architect, etc.
  • Understanding of operational parameters and troubleshooting for 2 or more of the following: Compute, Storage, Networking, CDN, Databases, DevOps, Big Data and Analytics, Security, Applications Development
  • Internal enterprise or external customer-facing experience with the ability to clearly articulate to small and large audiences
  • Ability to juggle tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer obsessed
  • Fluency in either one of the languages: English/Arabic
