Key Responsibilities- Architecture and Solution Design: Create robust architecture and solution blueprints to meet business requirements, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Implementation Planning: Collaborate with platform/product owners and business representatives to develop comprehensive implementation plans, aligning with business objectives.
- Data Integration: Work with data integration technologies to design and implement new solutions and processes, supporting customer experience strategies and ingesting data into Salesforce CDP.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business and technology-focused teams to gather and advise on functional and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Technology Trends: Stay informed about the latest technology trends and innovations, particularly in customer data platforms, marketing automation, data integration, and related areas.
- Salesforce Certifications: Marketing Cloud Consultant, Administrator, and CDP Architect certifications are required.
- Additional Certifications: Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, and Sales Cloud Consultant certifications are preferred.
- Data Governance and Privacy: Knowledge of data governance and data privacy concepts and regulations is a plus.
- Marketing and Data Experience: Effective experience in MarTech and/or Marketing Data & Analytics space is essential.
- CDP Implementation Experience: Recent background of hands-on full lifecycle CDP implementation experience on platforms like Salesforce CDP is required.
- Data Management and Architecture: Experience with data management, data transformation, ETL, preferably using cloud-based tools/infrastructure, and data architecture using batch and/or real-time ingestion is necessary.
- Marketing and Personalization: Experience with technologies and processes for marketing, personalization, and data orchestration, as well as marketing campaign design and implementation, is required.
