**Your Job:** As a Salesforce Solution Lead/Architect, you will lead Salesforce workstreams in a complex enterprise landscape, partnering with key stakeholders to drive and achieve business objectives while delivering key results. You will serve as a hands-on advisor, using strong interpersonal skills, solution and technical knowledge, Salesforce platform expertise, industry experience, consulting expertise, and knowledge of our business to drive return on investment.
**Main Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with Product and technical teams to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements.
- Support all Salesforce CG Cloud design and architecture and review solutions, recommending improvements.
- Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog in liaison with stakeholders on the project.
- Own the design of Salesforce CG stream and (optionally) other affiliated solutions for Sales, Service, and platform solutions.
- Work with the release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments.
- Provide guidance on user story writing style and ensure success and acceptance criteria are defined by the PO for each User story.
- Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications and ensure functional documentation is up to date.
- Collaborate with cross-CoE teams, including Delivery, Product, Testing, Architecture, to ensure alignment and integration of new features or processes within Salesforce solutions.
**About You:**
- Experience: At least 5 years' experience in a leading role in delivering Salesforce projects.
- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online.
- Minimum Salesforce certified.
- Certifications: Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, B2B Commerce Architect, Platform App Builder, Consumer Good Accredited Professional.
**Requirements:**
- A pro-active personality, with a can-do attitude and excellent relationship-building skills.
- Available and responsive to questions, clarifications, and instructions.
- A self-starter, experienced in leading projects or delivery work streams.
- Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enables stakeholders to decide with confidence.
- A strategic approach to solution design, with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy.
- Excellent ability to coach, motivate and direct work tasks to a multi-disciplinary team of Salesforce professionals.
