Purpose of the role:The Elite Membership Growth Specialist is responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow and retain the Bombay Club Membership base. This role involves creating engaging activities, managing member communications, and delivering high value to members through their association with the Bombay Club.
Key Responsibilities:- Create a membership strategy that aligns with stakeholder goals, leveraging all available assets to attract and retain a loyal core membership community.
- Select a suitable membership platform to support the growth and development of the Bombay Club membership.
- Design and implement initiatives to attract and build a strong membership base for the Club, optimising other verticals as needed.
- Analyse membership trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted outreach strategies.
- Engage in networking activities, such as attending events, to promote membership and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
- Craft a loyalty program that delivers tailored benefits to members, enhancing their overall experience.
- Develop and execute programmes and events that cater to members' interests and preferences.
- Maintain regular communication with members through various channels, ensuring timely updates and relevant information.
- Analyse membership data to track performance against set objectives and identify areas for improvement.
- Effectively manage the membership budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with broader organisational goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in membership management, preferably in luxury-related industries, with a focus on implementing and launching loyalty programmes.
- Proven track record of successfully growing and retaining a membership base.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and membership management software.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
- Able to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Competitive salary: €55,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
