About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategy and Operations Lead to join our EMEA ISV team. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a critical role in driving sales productivity and growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive customer adoption and growth
  • Partner with EMEA ISV Sales leadership and Sales Operations teams to set ambitious goals and develop frameworks to measure progress
  • Analyze industry and AWS internal data to understand the competitive landscape and identify customer trends
  • Support strategic initiatives from an analytical standpoint and develop key executive reporting
  • Develop processes and scalable mechanisms to benefit both AWS EMEA ISV and the wider organization
