Strategy Lead, AWS Global Sales Operations

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the leading cloud provider, offering a wide range of services to customers worldwide. The AWS Global Sales (AGS) Strategy Team is responsible for architecting and implementing the AGS resourcing model, annual operational planning, and three-year strategy. As a key member of the team, you will drive strategic recommendations for LATAM within AWS Global Sales, guiding investments to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and efficient scaling of the business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders to drive business decisions with a focus on growth and efficient scaling.
  • Formulate relevant strategies to drive sustainable growth, leveraging data-driven insights and recommendations.

As a LATAM Strategy Lead, you will own strategic analysis and end-to-end project alignment, acting as a key connection point between WW and LATAM strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong sales strategy experience, a deep analytical background, financial acumen, and experience implementing complex global sales strategy and associated initiatives.
