Job Title: EMEA Industry Enablement Lead

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Industry Enablement Lead to empower AWS Global Sales EMEA account teams to engage and sell to customers by increasing overall go-to-market effectiveness and accelerating growth through ongoing industry, new hire sales readiness, and sales productivity programs.

About the Role

This high-visibility role encompasses both developing enabling assets, guidance, programs, and processes for account teams, while also owning execution of each initiative individually and/or in concert with cross-functional team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an enablement strategy and programs to accelerate growth by strengthening selling capabilities, optimizing and accelerating new hire sales readiness/effectiveness.
  • Advocate for the Field with cross-functional teams and work to rally the organizations around the voice of the field.
  • Combine a passion for problem-solving, creating scalable mechanisms, facilitating sales productivity programs (live and virtually), and enthusiasm for technology to drive learning and establish positive stakeholder relationships with new and tenured field employees.
