About the Role

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a highly skilled Industry Enablement Lead to empower our Global Sales EMEA account teams to engage and sell to customers by increasing overall go-to-market effectiveness and accelerating growth through ongoing industry, new hire sales readiness, and sales productivity programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an enablement strategy to accelerate growth by strengthening selling capabilities, optimizing and accelerating new hire sales readiness/effectiveness, and advocating for the Field with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional resources and internal teams, including business operations, sales leadership/management, project/program managers, and marketing, to gain leverage, drive programs, and business impact.
  • Design and deliver scalable mechanisms, facilitate sales productivity programs (live and virtually), and establish positive stakeholder relationships with new and tenured field employees.
