About the Role

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a highly skilled Industry Enablement Lead to drive growth and sales effectiveness across EMEA account teams. As a key member of the AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services team, you will be responsible for developing and executing enablement strategies to empower sales teams and accelerate customer adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver enablement programs to strengthen selling capabilities and optimize new hire sales readiness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for the field and drive business impact
  • Develop scalable mechanisms to facilitate sales productivity and drive learning
  • Establish positive stakeholder relationships with field employees and internal teams
