About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Junior Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager for Global Sales Growth, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the strategy to grow a specific category of events. You will work closely with the Head of Category Management and the Marketing team to define KPIs and business goals, and identify business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Definition and implementation of the global sales strategy
  • Optimization, monitoring, reporting, and control of workflows, processes, and KPIs
  • Collaboration with the Head of Category Management and the Marketing team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with an Engineering background
  • More than 1 year of experience in a project management role
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish
  • Strong knowledge of Google Spreadsheet/Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • A higher degree (Master's, PhD)
  • Sales management experience
  • Digital marketing background experience in social paid platforms
