Job Title: Junior Production Support Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Production Support Manager to join our team in Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in identifying customer-driven issues and translating them into improvements for our digital web applications.
  • Support internal stakeholders as the first point of contact for incoming issues and requirements.
  • Help set up, test, and verify promotions for our customers within our promotion engine.
  • Monitor e-commerce and infrastructure KPIs using our monitoring systems.
  • Contribute to improving customer satisfaction by understanding, prioritizing, and estimating the impact of issues.
  • Assist as a proactive incident manager, ensuring transparent communication within our emergency channels.
  • Participate in periodic tests on all Mytheresa products to ensure high product quality.
  • Collaborate with sub-teams within shop management to create a customer-centered shopping experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in technical, commercial studies, or a comparable field.
  • Some experience in a support role, ideally in e-commerce or related to digital projects.
  • Passionate about evaluating and solving problems with attention to detail.
  • Eager to continuously learn and broaden your knowledge.
  • Hands-on, service-oriented, and customer-driven.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
