Key Responsibilities- Issue Identification and Resolution: Assist in identifying customer-driven issues and translating them into improvements for all digital web applications at Mytheresa.
- Internal Stakeholder Support: Support as the first point of contact for internal stakeholders, managing incoming issues and requirements for our digital product applications.
- Promotion Setup and Testing: Help set up, test, and verify promotions for our customers within our promotion engine.
- KPI Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor e-commerce and infrastructure KPIs using our monitoring systems, and support the team in initiating further actions and processes to understand the implications between issues and their impact on Mytheresa customers.
- Customer Satisfaction Improvement: Contribute to improving customer satisfaction by understanding, prioritizing, and estimating the impact of issues on both customers and the business.
- Incident Management: Assist as a proactive incident manager, ensuring transparent communication within our emergency channels.
- On-Call Rotation: Be part of the on-call rotation, which means being available outside of working hours for any incidents that might occur.
- Product Quality Assurance: Help ensure high product quality by participating in periodic tests on all Mytheresa products.
- Collaboration with Sub-Teams: Work with various sub-teams within shop management, such as web analysis, product management, and user experience, to create a customer-centered shopping experience.
- Education: Bachelor's or higher degree in technical, commercial studies, or a comparable field.
- Experience: Some experience in a support role, ideally in e-commerce or related to digital projects, is a plus.
- Skills: Passionate about evaluating and solving problems with attention to detail. Eager to continuously learn and broaden your knowledge. Hands-on, service-oriented, and customer-driven. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
- Language: Fluent in English.
