Job Description

The Sales Agent will be responsible for business development and account management across Spain and Portugal. This role involves expanding the customer base while managing and nurturing relationships with approximately 250 existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BBusiness Development & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Spain and Portugal, targeting key industries such as logistics, mining, and manufacturing.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of approximately 250 clients in Spain and Portugal, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction, handling inquiries, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, delivering excellent service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Present sales proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts with existing and potential clients.
  • Cross-Selling & Upselling: Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services to existing clients, maximizing the value of each account.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity in Spain and Portugal to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and client status to the Sales Manager.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure a smooth sales process and efficient follow-up on leads.

Requirements:

  • Languages: Native-level Spanish and fluent English are essential.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sales and account management, ideally in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or related sectors.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with belt lacing, conveyor systems, or industrial solutions is advantageous but not required.

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
