At Importante empresa, we're on a mission to make wellbeing universal. As a Paid Media Strategist, you'll play a key role in driving our growth and success in the global market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and execute paid media strategies across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

* Collaborate with external agencies and media partners to strategize and optimize campaigns.

* Analyze performance metrics and articulate these to support KPIs.

* Identify opportunities for efficiencies and reach with eligible members.

* Partner with Paid Media analysts to seek out new digital media channels to drive strategy.

* Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to set clear objectives, opportunities, and results.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* 4+ years of hands-on digital experience driving growth and strategy through paid media channels.

* Excellent writing and communications skills in English.

* Proven success with paid media campaigns on multiple channels, including segmentation strategy, A/B testing, and strategic thinking.

* Experience using Google Sheets, Tableau, Data Studio, or other data visualization tools for aggregation, manipulation, and visualization of data.

* Excellent problem-solving abilities and logical reasoning skills.

* Analytical skills for data-driven decision making.

* Strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done, with eagerness to learn and grow with a hands-on mindset.
