About the Department:
The Marketing Department within Byd Europe is responsible for developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies to drive business objectives and deliver results. Our team works collaboratively to optimize brand visibility, increase market share, and drive business growth within the European market.
Key Objectives and Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement Above the Line (ATL) plans and campaigns for the Spain marketing team
• Optimize and report on all campaigns, sharing results with the wider team
• Work with the creative team to ensure best practice creative is used
• Assist with quarterly and annual planning of marketing budgets
Key Results:
• Web traffic and leads driven by media campaigns
• Increasing performance of ATL Paid media campaigns
• Improving brand awareness and image of Byd Europe in Spain
• Increasing sales of Byd vehicles in Spain
The Person:
This role will be focused on leading the planning and delivery of ATL campaigns for Byd Europe Spain. The ATL specialist will deliver on strategy, planning, and delivery of TV, Radio, and OOH campaigns, including optimization and leading on trading. The role will include planning campaigns, delivering media plans, strategic recommendations, and identifying innovation opportunities. The paid media team is responsible for both Brand, Performance, and Tactical campaigns.
Your Profile:
• University Degree in Marketing, Sales, or commercial disciplines
• Effective and fluent communicator in English and Spanish
• Excellent Microsoft office skills
• 5 years' experience in buying ATL media campaigns
• Understanding of the media market and key media owners
• Knowledge of the current ATL landscape and contacts within the TV, OOH, and Radio industry
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills
• Resilient and open-minded
• Results-oriented
• Ability to work to deadlines, hands-on approach, motivated to get results
