Customer Service Ambassador

At The Customization Group, we're looking for a skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team in providing exceptional support to our global customers. As a key member of our service team, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch customer experiences through timely and effective resolution of inbound and outbound support requests.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with international teams, expand your horizons, and develop valuable skills for a brighter professional future. Our diverse team of over 500 professionals from 40 nationalities works together to offer a wide range of high-quality products that bring happiness worldwide.
You'll thrive in this fast-paced environment if you possess strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive work attitude. Proficiency in French and English languages at B2-C1 level is required, as well as strong computer skills to keep up with our technology and processes.
The estimated salary for this position is around 4,500 - 6,000 EUR per month, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including meal allowance, flexible working options, and opportunities for growth and learning.

Your Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Be the success champion: You efficiently resolve all inbound and outbound support requests following established guidelines.

Preferrable Background:
- Proficiency in the French and English languages at B2-C1 level, is required.
