About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Account Director to drive business growth and develop strong relationships with our global clients. This role is ideal for individuals who have a proven track record of success in consultative sales, preferably in high technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with clients, providing value-added insights and strategic advice.
  • Manage a team of sales associates to ensure seamless delivery of Gartner's products and services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 15+ years of external experience in consultative sales, preferably in high technology sectors.
  • Proven ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior-level relationships within large multinational companies.
  • Strong understanding of global account planning, territory management, and the full lifecycle of the sales process.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to structure innovative solutions that provide IT decision support to global companies.
