We are seeking a talented Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Arbor Education. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our schools, resolving queries, and ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support to resolve customer queries via phone, email, and webchat
- Identify and escalate any potential issues to relevant teams
- Maintain accurate records and ensure queries are resolved within service level agreements (SLAs)
