About the Role

At Cpm International, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for handling contacts over the telephone and by email to ensure the smooth daily operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer contacts over the telephone and by email to resolve queries efficiently and satisfactorily.
- Provide timely responses to drivers and passengers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that you are going the extra mile with each and every contact to build rapport and show empathy.

Requirements
- Fluent level of both written and spoken German.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English.
- Experience in the customer service industry and ideally in a Contact Centre environment.
- Autonomous and fast learner with a 'can-do' attitude.

Benefits
- Temporary contract with a competitive salary of 25.000€ gross per year.
