Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across Amazon channels to establish best-in-class marketing programs.
  • Own end-to-end customer-facing marketing campaigns, improving processes to automate, scale, and innovate touch-points.
  • Drive continuous performance optimization by monitoring, analyzing, and reporting performance and patterns using key metrics and KPIs.
  • Develop and execute marketing programs across various stages of the customer lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
  • Build customer segmentation and targeting to deliver personalized messaging across our channels.

As a key member of our Books and Kindle team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to build out communication strategies, develop and leverage marketing opportunities, grow strategic programs, and enforce a high bar for communications to create a world-class experience for our customers.

To be successful in this role, you will need to thrive on ambiguity, be able to see the big picture, and also execute on a tactical level with attention to detail.

Experience in marketing communications, web analytics, Affiliate Marketing, and/or CRM/email/push marketing is highly desired.
