Role Overview

Cmc Markets Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Trading Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a business strategy to grow retail and institutional trading volumes for our London, French, or Italian offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and initiate a self-directed business strategy to grow retail and institutional trading volumes.
  • Leverage current contacts to generate revenue and promote our CFD / Spread Bet offering.
  • Follow up on prospective leads, explaining USPs to optimise CMC's position in the marketplace.
  • Develop, build, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Drive the growth of your own client book through a leading edge proposition.
  • Proactively enhance business through client referrals, networking, and industry contacts.
  • Attend sales events for clients/prospects as required.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development and account management.
  • Strong understanding of the financial markets and CFD / Spread Bet products.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
