Job Title: Strategic Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Rentals United AB. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue growth for their businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth for our clients, including identifying new sales channels and opportunities for optimization.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, including regular communication, business reviews, and feedback sessions.
  • Sales Channel Optimization: Assist clients in developing new sales channel connections, lead initiatives for sales channel revenue share deals, and analyze sales channel performance to recommend improvements.
  • Performance Management: Forecast and track Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) for our clients, work towards achieving MRR targets, and provide regular performance updates.
  • Data Management: Utilize CRM systems for efficient data management, organize sales cycle records to track progress effectively, and provide data-driven insights to clients.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts to secure mutually beneficial deals for our clients.
  • Networking: Engage in online and offline networking activities as required to build relationships with key clients and partners.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English + Business level in a second language (one of four RU main languages)
  • Knowledge of MS Office for reporting and documentation
  • Deep understanding of negotiating techniques and marketing tactics
  • Customer-centric and analytical mindset

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Understanding of Vacation Rental Business, Property Management Software, or Online Travel Agencies
  • Proficiency in English & Spanish/French
  • Knowledge of CRM or sales management software (Hubspot is a plus)
