Professional Services Operations Manager

About the Role:We are seeking a data and process-obsessed individual who is a self-starter, natural problem solver, strong communicator, and passionate about delivering high-quality work. As a ProServe Operations Manager, you will:
- Review and analyze weekly ProServe requests intake (PSR intake) to prioritize demand and allocate resources efficiently.
- Communicate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure the best resources are assigned in a timely manner.
- Own the resource management weekly reporting to leadership.
- Develop and implement strategies for EU ProServe's use of Certinia, the enterprise resource planning (ERP) software based on Salesforce.
- Work closely with Sales Tech to build and launch Certinia, providing key details regarding process and opportunities for improvement.
- Meet with the assigned Customer Success Manager from Certinia to identify opportunities for improvement in processes and discuss outstanding support cases.
- Contribute to EU ProServe's Work Breakdown Review (WBR) to provide insight into utilization, duration, and capacity trends and opportunities.
You will start your day by reviewing the daily PSR intake queue, analyzing demand, and reviewing quality. You will then connect with the wider Amazon Business organization to obtain details on received requests and participate in team meetings. On a weekly basis, you will connect with tech partners from Certinia to discuss the roadmap and current status of the team's asks. Finally, you will provide week-on-week data to leadership.
