Professional Services Operations Manager

The AB EU Professional Services (ProServe) operations team is a critical part of the AB EU ProServe team, aiming to increase available productive hours to onboard new or support existing customers, allowing the team to focus on core customer projects.
As a ProServe Operations Manager, you will review and analyze weekly ProServe requests intake (PSR intake), manage the intake queue, and communicate with stakeholders across the organization to prioritize demand, allocate resources, define team Certinia ways of working, and explore new project management tools.
You will work closely with the team to deliver customer projects efficiently and within required timelines. Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end resource allocation management, reviewing and analyzing weekly demand, prioritizing and communicating with stakeholders, and owning resource management weekly reporting to leadership.
About the TeamAmazon is reinventing on behalf of the business customer, focused on building Amazon Business (AB), the B2B marketplace on Amazon. The AB Professional Services (ProServe) team aims to provide customers with a best-in-class procurement experience through enabling AB's tools, services, insights, and selection.
The Ops team you are part of leads central oversight and operational strategy of the Professional Services Operation in Europe. The ProServe Operations Manager will play a key role in liaising between the customer (ProServe/Sales) and internal teams such as Finance and L&D to leverage internal collaboration and maximize efficiencies.
Requirements- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in program or project management
