Job Description

As our Commercial Growth Strategist, you will drive high-impact strategic topics, explore new growth opportunities, and implement projects to tap these opportunities. You will work closely with our founders and senior management team on various tasks such as reporting for investors, company-wide projects, business development, and special events.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the successful scaling and internationalization of Buynomics GmbH in close cooperation with our management team. This includes optimizing existing processes across all areas and between different teams, selecting, implementing, or developing technological tools to improve operational efficiency, and analyzing strategies, structures, and processes.

To achieve this, you will require a strong academic track record in economics, business, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as consulting, private equity, high-growth startups, VC, etc. Strategic foresight, well-founded insights into prevailing market conditions, and pronounced communication skills are essential for this role. Additionally, you should have a hands-on mentality, high drive to impact from 'Day 1,' and expert-level MS Office skills, with programming language knowledge being a plus.

Requirements
  • Completed master's degree in economics, business, or a related area with a strong academic track record
  • More than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (consulting, private equity, high-growth startups, VC, etc.)
  • Strategic foresight and well-founded insights into prevailing market conditions
  • Pronounced communication skills and expertise in stakeholder management on various levels
  • Hands-on mentality and high drive to have impact from 'Day 1.'
  • High level of personal initiative and very good strategic and analytical skills
