About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Longi Solar. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our sales network by identifying and building relationships with potential partners and customers in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Expand Sales Network: Identify, pitch, and build relationships with potential partners and customers in the assigned region.
  2. PV Modules Sales: Focus on sales of PV modules to EPC, IPP, PPA, Investors, developers, and stakeholders in the region.
  3. Acquisition of New Customers: Acquire new customers and increase market share for the company according to established KPIs.
  4. Customer Management: Manage existing customers from pre-sales to after-sales, including contract negotiations and follow-up of business cases.
  5. Sales Strategy Implementation: Implement sales strategy and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  6. Business Travel: Travel to visit existing and potential clients in the region.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams such as marketing, technical service centre, legal, finance, and operation management to ensure smooth fulfilment of sales orders.
  8. Leadership: Depending on the evolving needs of the business, this person may also be tasked to manage other sales personnel.
Requirements
  1. Energy Industry Experience: One successful sale experience in the Energy industry.
  2. Solar Business Knowledge: Solid understanding or strong interest in solar business and product.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Travel Flexibility: Flexible to travel and able to represent the company in various commercial engagements.
  5. Organizational Skills: Organized and able to manage sales orders end-to-end (from booking until fulfilment).
  6. Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent higher education or above is required.
  7. Transaction Closing: Proven track record in closing transactions.
  8. Language Skills: Strong verbal and written skills in English and the local language of the assigned region.
  9. Office Software Tools: Competency in office software tools.
