Senior Sales Professional for German SME Clients in Spain

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven sales professional to manage a portfolio of German SME clients. This role offers the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working with a collaborative team to exceed growth targets and deliver exceptional client value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full management of a portfolio of German SME clients, focusing on growth and retention strategies.
- Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Proactively manage a pipeline of opportunities to meet and exceed growth targets.
- Seek out new business opportunities through self-generated leads, client referrals, and sister companies.
Requirements:
- Native-level German and fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Proven experience working in or for the German market.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- A creative thinker with a challenger mindset, capable of identifying new business opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and sales processes simultaneously.

- Competitive salary of €24,000 per annum, plus €3,500 in benefits.
- Monday-Friday work schedule, no late-, weekend or night shifts.
