Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to handle technical inquiries via email and chat, striving for first-contact resolution. As a key member of our team, you will:
- Understand and respond to client requests efficiently
- Analyze client situations to provide quick and effective solutions
- Identify technical incidents, diagnose them, and offer suitable solutions
- Organize product returns and follow up on exchanges and repairs
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A fluent level of French (spoken and written)
- A high level of English
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- The ability to empathize with customers, analyze their problems, and offer individual solutions
