Market Development Engineer

Arrow Electronics is seeking a highly skilled Market Development Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IP&E business unit, you will be responsible for developing and executing market strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute market strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product roadmaps and marketing campaigns
  • Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders
  • Develop and execute comprehensive product and service offers to drive business growth
Requirements:
  • Experience in electronics industry or manufacturing in similar positions in Sales, Engineering, Marketing or Product management
  • Experience in IP&E - must have
  • Strong sales skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English language and Spanish language skills (native or C1)
  • Expertise in engaging with executive-level stakeholders and track record in delivering results in market/segment management
