Market Development Engineer

Arrow Electronics is seeking a skilled Market Development Engineer to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our IP&E (Interconnect, Passive & Electromechanical components) business unit, you will play a crucial role in driving market growth and sales expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive solution programs to accelerate market growth and sales expansion.
  • Specialize in key market segments and technologies, owning the go-to-market strategy plan for assigned markets.
  • Conduct business strategy activities, including market analysis, competitive analysis, and product positioning.
  • Collaborate with product management and suppliers to clarify product and service needs, requirements, and priorities.
  • Create and execute comprehensive products and service offers, contributing to the development of communication programs and materials.
  • Evaluate and recommend supplier and channel programs, contributing to the development of marketing campaigns and tools.
  • Lead market or segment-based Voice of Customer activities, building and managing influential relationships with key suppliers.
