About the Role

Drive Sales Growth in the French-speaking Market

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Digital Sales efforts in the French-speaking market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell ADP solutions
  • Prospect and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Fluent in French and English, with a strong understanding of the French-speaking market
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
