At Volotea, we're seeking a highly skilled HR Analytics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the go-to expert for HR Systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Manage and maintain SAP Success Factors, leading system-related projects and collaborating with the IT team.
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to adapt the Employee Central module to new business needs.
  • Integrate Success Factors with other Systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Monitor data quality, conduct regular audits, and resolve inconsistencies.
  • Define and enforce data standards and best practices across the department.
  • Ensure data privacy and security compliance while handling sensitive HR data.
  • Troubleshoot HRIS data issues and coordinate with technical support as needed.
  • Create and maintain HR dashboards using HRIS and other data analysis tools.
  • Manage and maintain JIRA Software for HR tickets, providing exceptional service levels.
  • Provide support and training to HR users on HRIS functionalities and reporting tools.
  • Develop user guides and documentation for HRIS processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with HR systems, preferably SAP Success Factors.
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Proven experience working with databases.
  • Experience creating dashboards in data analysis and visualization tools, preferably PowerBI.
  • Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to improvement.
  • Ability to lead projects and coordinate different teams.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with French or Italian a plus.
